
Johnson Winter Slattery (JWS) has advised EBR Systems, Inc. on its capital raising comprising a ~A$56 million placement and security purchase plan to raise an additional ~A$6 million.
Silicon Valley-based EBR Systems, Inc. (ASX:EBR) is dedicated to the superior treatment of cardiac rhythm disease by providing more physiologically effective stimulation through wireless cardiac pacing. Proceeds from the capital raise will be used to advance the commercialisation strategy for EBR’s novel WiSE® CRT system following FDA approval in April 2025.
JWS advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, led by Partner Clare Brown, with Special Counsel Kate Gardner, Associate Ynan Zhou and Graduate Ada Wu.

The placement was fully underwritten by J.P.Morgan and Morgans.
