Leading independent Australian law firm Johnson Winter Slattery (JWS) has expanded its national real estate team with the appointment of Special Counsel Louise Farinotti, who joins the firm’s Melbourne office. Louise specialises in commercial, industrial and retail leasing, acquisitions and divestments. She brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate law, both in-house and at national and global law firms. Louise will work closely with partners Eleanor Kwak and Peter Trevaskis and the firm’s broader real estate and projects, infrastructure and construction teams.
