Our energy practice brings together lawyers with many years of experience in the electricity sector. Members of our team have been closely involved since the early restructuring and privatisations in Australia, including the development of wholesale markets and retail market opening.

We continue to advise electricity market participants, transmission and distribution network owners and large energy users. Our clients operate in the NEM, the Western Australia markets and the Northern Territory.

• transmission and distribution issues including price resets, network access rules, connection agreements, network operation and development
• power project developments including EPC contracting, equipment supply, fuel supply and O&M
