Leading independent law firm Johnson Winter Slattery (JWS) has advised Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZR) (Caesars) on its acquisition of sports betting pricing technology company, ZeroFlucs Group Pty Ltd (ZeroFlucs). The acquisition builds on the existing commercial relationship between Caesars and ZeroFlucs that has already delivered significant product innovations to Caesars’ sportsbook platform.
