Johnson Winter & Slattery has advised Beach Energy on its agreement to acquire Senex Energy’s Cooper Basin portfolio of assets for $87.5 million.
Under the transaction Beach will acquire an extensive exploration and production portfolio and become the sole operator in the Western Flank of the Cooper Basin. The transaction is expected to complete early in the new year.
