Viva is a special counsel with expertise in technology, privacy, intellectual property and consumer law as part of a broad commercial contracting and regulatory compliance practice.

She provides strategic and commercial advice to clients on managing privacy compliance, cyber security risk and data governance. She also assists clients to navigate data breaches, privacy complaints and workplace privacy obligations. Her regulatory practice also includes specialising in advising on the Australian unfair contract terms regime and Australian Consumer Law compliance, and telecommunications regulation.

Viva is also a commercial contracting lawyer, who works with clients throughout the entire contracting lifecycle, from procurement and contract management, through to managing contractual disputes. She specialises in drafting and advising on complex technology and outsourcing transactions and projects.
