Emily is a special counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology group.

Her areas of practice are technology contracting, telecommunications law, privacy and intellectual property. Emily has advised clients in the technology, telecommunications, healthcare and energy resource sectors.

She drafts and negotiates technology and general commercial contracts, including agreements for IP licensing and business support software.

Emily assists clients with privacy compliance. This includes preparing privacy related policies and procedures, and conducting privacy compliance audits.

She advises on the intellectual property, technology and privacy aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Potentia sold the SuperChoice Group, which provides a non-cash payment facility to superfunds and fund administrations; employer front-end, contributions gateway and payroll services to employers and payroll service providers and identification verification services.
