Johnson Winter Slattery (JWS) has advised Potentia Capital, founders and management on the sale of Commerce Vision to Advantive LLC, a portfolio company of TA Associates and Insight Partners. Commerce Vision is a leading provider of B2B commerce solutions powering clients across a range of industries.
JWS advised Potentia Capital on its acquisition of Commerce Vision in 2021 and its bolt-on acquisition of Opmetrix in 2022. Since that time, Commerce Vision has significantly expanded its digital product offerings and broadened its customer base, positioning itself as a leader in the B2B commerce solutions market.
JWS advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, led by Partner James Rozsa, with Senior Associate Andrew Pearce and Associates Francesca Gazal and Zachary Goldschmied.
