Leading independent law firm, Johnson Winter Slattery, has advised Liverpool Partners on its acquisition of artificial intelligence consulting group, Simplyai.
The company, which has approximately 100 staff, assists clients in implementing AI, data analytics and intelligent automation services.
JWS has advised Liverpool Partners on a number of recent acquisitions in the tech services and healthcare sectors, including advising Liverpool Partners’ portfolio companies, Seisma Group, on its acquisition of Data Addiction, and Genea, on its acquisition of Fertility SA.
The JWS team was led by corporate partner Andrew Turner with assistance from Senior Associate Rebecca Proudman.
