Isaac Evans Special Counsel

Isaac is a corporate advisory and transactional lawyer, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity and reconstructions. 

Isaac also has a particular focus on corporate advisory work, including corporate governance, directors’ duties, securities law and regulatory compliance.

Acting as a trusted advisor to boards, executives and investors, clients seek out his commercial, responsive and outcomes-focused approach and his ability to navigate complex commercial and legal issues.

Isaac has experience working with clients from start-ups through to large, multi-national corporations across a diverse range of industries – including financial services, technology, renewables and clean energy, consumer goods and transport.
