Craig is a finance lawyer with more than 35 years’ specialist experience in securities law.

He has extensive experience advising clients across a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, energy, mining and resources, property development, logistics, agriculture and transport and he regularly advises in relation to insolvency and restructuring matters.

Craig is one of Australia's leading experts in securities law. He has written numerous publications and presented to many conferences and seminars on this and related topics. He was a member of the Australian Attorney General's Consultative Committee on Personal Property Securities Reform.

During his career Craig has practised in Sydney, Brisbane and Toronto, Canada.
