Anthony is a commercial lawyer with 29 years’ experience in the energy and resources and infrastructure sector, specialising in contract negotiation and advice, economic regulation and regulatory advice.
Anthony's energy experience includes the drafting and negotiation of electricity and gas connection agreements, agreements for the construction, operation and maintenance of energy infrastructure, including pipelines, gas turbines and cogeneration stations, gas sales and haulage agreements and electricity retail and power purchase agreements.
He also advises on the application of the National Electricity Rules, National Gas Law, National Energy Retail Law and jurisdictional schemes.
His general contractual and advice experience also extends to the water, hydrogen, defence, gaming, education, rail and ports industries.
