Andrew Ricciardi Special Counsel

Andrew is a corporate lawyer who specialises in equity capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions for clients in the energy and resources industry.

He assists clients in advising on a range of issues including equity capital market transactions, fundraising, corporate compliance issues, corporate governance, public and private mergers and acquisitions as well as resources law, joint ventures, foreign investment law and policy and project sales and acquisitions.

Andrew has also had valuable experience working in-house having completed secondments at TOTAL and ConocoPhillips.

Advised on multiple equity raisings to raise a combined total of over $350 million.

Northern Minerals (ASX:NTU)

Advised on various equity raisings including accelerated entitlement offers, share purchase plans and various share and convertible note placements.

ConocoPhillips

Advised on multiple contracts and transactions (including in relation to the Barossa sub-sea production system) during various secondments.

TOTAL E&P Australia

Advised on GLNG and Ichthys project related matters during a 6 month secondment.

Various ASX-listed entities

Advised various ASX-listed entities including Perenti (ASX:PRN), Todd River Resources (ASX:TRT), Monadelphous (ASX:MND) and Austin Engineering (ASX:ANG) on their capital raising and M&A initiatives.
