Tim is a corporate lawyer specialising in corporate advisory.
He has advised on high profile transactions, including takeovers, mergers, equity raisings, private treaty acquisitions and investment transactions, for ASX-listed clients, multinational and other offshore clients, and private equity firms.
Tim holds a PhD in corporate law from the University of Sydney and teaches and researches in the areas of corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.
