Shariqa has worked with some of the world’s most renowned brands in complex trade mark prosecutions, IP enforcement proceedings in the Federal Court and domain name disputes.
While her practice spans all sectors, she is particularly passionate about supporting clients in the fashion, food and beverage and life sciences industries. Shariqa also advises clients on advertising and consumer law issues. Her regulatory expertise covers therapeutic goods and medical devices.
