Sally-Ann is a real estate lawyer with expertise in property development, sales and acquisitions, major projects and commercial and industrial leasing across a number of Australian jurisdictions. 

She has advised on and managed a broad range of real estate transactions, including initial strategy, heads of agreement, acquisitions and disposals (including shopping centres, office buildings, industrial sites with complex environmental profiles, distressed assets), land division projects, development projects (including retirement villages, hospitals and healthcare precincts, industrial sites and tenant-led development), high-value leasing and due diligence.

Sally-Ann has additional experience in renewable energy projects including early-stage project review, drafting and negotiating expressions of interest, option agreements, easements and tenure arrangements.
