Rebecca is a transactional and advisory lawyer specialising in projects, construction and environmental regulation. She advises on complex projects across a broad range of sectors with particular experience working with energy and resources clients.
She assists with risk allocations, tendering and drafting and negotiation of contract documentation at the commencement of a project and continues to advise clients during the development and operational phase. Rebecca also advises on planning and environment regulation and approvals.
Rebecca has worked for international law firms in London and Australia and acted on major projects located in Australia, the United Kingdom, Guinea, Mongolia, Kenya and Madagascar.

Environment plans submitted to the State and Commonwealth regulators for Santos’ activities in the Carnarvon, Bonaparte and Bedout basins.
Arafura
Nolans Rare Earths Project in the Northern Territory including advising on the overall procurement strategy, the preparation of model procurement contracts, advising on tendering and negotiation of early packages, logistics and power supply arrangements.
Rio Tinto
Simandou project which involved the construction of an iron ore mine and related infrastructure in Guinea, including: suite of model procurement contracts tailored for the project; main electrical vendor package and related long term maintenance agreement; major logistics contract; contract for the supply and installation of an overland conveyor system; and EPCM contract.
CBH
10 year rail haulage agreement with Aurizon for the haulage of Western Australia’s grain task.
Newmont
Arrangements to supply power to its Tanami gold mine, including a Gas Transport Agreement and a Power Purchase Agreement.
Albemarle
Construction contracts and environmental regulation issues on its Kemerton Expansion Project.
