Peter specialises in servicing the energy and resources sector.
He assists clients with asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, farm ins, corporate advice, capital raising, debt finance, offtake construction and project development.
Peter has advised on a variety of large construction projects including offshore construction and installation of liquids, gas and LNG facilities. He also has advised on the construction and leasing of FPSOs and FSOs.
