Julia is an environment, planning and ESG lawyer specialising in the real estate, energy and resources, agricultural and infrastructure sectors.

Julia acts for clients in a litigious, transactional and advisory capacity across a broad spectrum of environmental, planning and ESG matters. 

She assists clients on all aspects of major projects including the initial acquisition and due diligence stage, concept planning and rezoning, developer contributions, contamination issues, obtaining the necessary approvals through to the construction and compliance stages. 

She also acts for clients in development and administrative law appeals and environmental regulatory investigations.

Julia has specialist knowledge of the “E” in ESG and regularly advises on the developing nature positive frameworks, biodiversity and carbon offsetting projects. She also advises organisations on best practice and opportunities related to climate change, sustainability and ESG.
