Jee-Seon is a commercial lawyer with expertise in energy and resources projects.

She has broad experience in the energy and resources sector advising clients on project development, joint venture arrangements and commercial contracting in the oil and gas, mining and electricity sectors. 

She has particular expertise in the electricity and gas industry including advising on the acquisition and divestments of energy assets including power stations, gas pipelines and associated infrastructure; regulatory regime governing the electricity and gas markets; power station development; gas and electricity supply contracts, power purchase agreements and access to electricity and gas transmission and distribution systems.

Jee-Seon has extensive experience in renewable and clean energy projects including wind, solar, BESS and hybrid power solutions for both grid connected and islanded systems and associated market rules, trading, network connection arrangements, licensing and regulatory advice including on the RET, NGERS and Safeguard Mechanism and Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming) legislation.
