Jarrod is a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate advisory. 

He has experience in a wide range of corporate dealings including both public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity raisings, company meetings and general corporate advisory as well as advising on ASIC and ASX Listing Rule requirements.

Jarrod has advised clients in the energy and resources sector on the acquisition, disposal and funding of projects and assets across numerous states.

He has an interest in board advisory and corporate governance matters having spent two years as General Manager – Legal & Governance with an Australian Football League (AFL) Club.

He also has broad commercial experience including drafting and advising on a range of commercial agreements for businesses across a diverse range of industries.
