Eleanor leads the firm’s Real Estate team in Melbourne and brings over 20 years of experience as a lawyer focused exclusively on real estate and projects. Her practice spans the full spectrum of real estate law, including major projects, joint ventures, commercial leasing, property development, and acquisitions across the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. 

Within this broader practice, Eleanor has developed deep expertise in digital infrastructure – particularly data centres, telecommunications and other technology-related assets. She advises clients on complex, high-value projects across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, helping them navigate the unique challenges these fast-evolving sectors present. 

Eleanor is also an active member of the Property Council of Australia’s Victorian Data Centres Working Group, contributing to industry policy discussions and the development of best-practice frameworks for the sector. 

With significant experience in social infrastructure, Eleanor has advised on a range of social infrastructure projects and currently serves as a non-executive director and Audit & Risk Committee member at Women’s Property Initiatives, a not-for-profit affordable housing provider for women and children. She was the inaugural chair of the Property Council Victoria Social Infrastructure Committee and remains an active member of its Education and Social Infrastructure Committee.
