Connor is a senior commercial litigation lawyer specialising in dispute resolution in the oil & gas, renewable energy, mining, infrastructure (including port and rail), electricity and construction sectors.
Connor has extensive experience undertaking advisory work and conducting litigation in relation to complex contractual disputes, electricity and gas disputes, joint venture disputes, land access disputes, projects and construction disputes and regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
He is known for his client-centric approach and for developing and implementing strategies for the effective prosecution and defence of disputes and litigation.
Connor regularly helps clients achieve commercial outcomes in all forms of litigation and alternative dispute resolution and has appeared or instructed on matters run in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and Australia's State Courts including at the appellate level and also acted in significant commercial international and domestic arbitrations and expert determinations.
