Adeline is an experienced technology and commercial contracts lawyer specialising in privacy and data, intellectual property, consumer law and telecommunications.

Her experience includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex technology-focussed and general commercial agreements for both vendors (start-up through to enterprise) and customers, across a diverse range of industries including energy and resources, fin-tech, health and media. 

Adeline enjoys problem solving and works hard to provide innovative solutions and valuable advice to clients. She assists clients with digital transformation, technology procurement, systems integration, outsourcing and other data-driven projects.
