JWS (together with Milbank) acted for Advent International on its acquisition of the holding company of ZIMMERMANN, the well-known luxury Australian fashion brand. Partner James Rozsa, Senior Associate Rebecca Proudman and Associate Francesca Gazal (Corporate team) and Partner David Beckett, Special Counsel David Li and Associate Jack Morey (Finance) advised on the transaction, alongside members of our Employment, Competition and Technology teams.
This is the second year in a row that the firm and its deals have been recognised in the Mergermarket awards. Last year we were named Technology, Media and Telecom M&A Legal Adviser of the Year.
