Johnson Winter Slattery (JWS) has advised the shareholders of enterprise risk management software company, Protecht Group Holdings Pty Ltd (Protecht), on the sale of Protecht to US-based private equity firm, PSG Equity L.L.C. (PSG) for A$445 million.
JWS advised on all legal aspects of the transaction, led by Partner James Rozsa, with Special Counsel Kate Naude and Associates Nathan Shapiro and Ella Furphy.
This deal highlights JWS' reputation and expertise in the Australian market as leading advisors to companies in the technology space throughout the investment life cycle. The deal also affirms JWS' relationship as a trusted advisor to Protecht through all stages of the investment cycle, with JWS having advised on Protecht’s Series A investment in 2022.
