Leading independent law firm Johnson Winter Slattery is advising Brookfield on the sale of certain businesses within LINX Cargo Care Group. As a part of that transaction, JWS is advising on the sale of LINX CCG’s Autocare business to Optimus Group. Autocare is one of Australia’s largest integrated automotive logistics providers. The sale is expected to complete in the first half of 2024.
The JWS team is being led by Marko Komadina, Alexandra Neovius, Katherine Wright, Annabel Roden and Clinton Wang (M&A).
