
Johnson Winter Slattery (JWS) has advised Intertek Group plc, a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide (Intertek), on its acquisition of Envirolab Group (Envirolab), via a competitive bid process.
Envirolab is a leading provider of environmental testing and analysis across Australia and New Zealand of soil, air, water biological and chemical substances, PFAS and other emerging contaminants.
JWS advised Intertek on all legal aspects of the transaction. Corporate/M&A Partner James Rozsa led the JWS team, with support from Partner Andrew Pearce and Associates Nathan Shapiro, Ella Furphy and Marc Vermeulen.
