KPS Papua New Guinea Project, involving the development of a floating storage offtake vessel and associated infrastructure to replace the existing offloading terminal.
GB Energy
Development of an underground gas storage facility in Victorian State waters offshore Gippsland, including acquisition of the Golden Beach gas field, debt and equity financing arrangements, gas sales and gas storage agreements with Origin Energy, land acquisition, native title, regulatory issues, drilling contracts and oil field services agreements.
Cooper Energy Ltd
Acquisition ($300 million) and equity financing ($240 million) of the Orbost Gas Processing Plant.
3D Energi Ltd
Farming out an 80% interest in two Commonwealth exploration permits in the Otway Basin to ConocoPhillips, including negotiating and drafting farmout agreements, joint venture operating agreements and associated transaction documents.
