Kate is a corporate lawyer specialising in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (including takeover bids, schemes of arrangement and private-treaty transactions) and corporate governance.

Kate has extensive experience acting for both domestic and cross border clients in equity capital market transactions, fundraisings, regulated and private M&A transactions, ASX compliance, private equity investments and employee incentive arrangements. She also regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters.

She has particular experience acting for clients in healthcare, technology and consumer goods.
