Isabella Bosworth Special Counsel

Isabella is corporate lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions.

She has extensive experience acting for domestic and cross-border clients on private treaty M&A transactions, public takeovers, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, shareholder and employee incentive arrangements and complex commercial transactions, such as distribution, manufacturing and collaboration agreements. She also regularly advises on corporate law and governance and foreign investment matters.

Isabella has particular experience advising on business-critical transactions in the healthcare and life sciences, consumer goods (including apparel, FMCG and TGA regulated goods), software and technology, oil and gas and mining sectors.
