Deborah is a banking and finance lawyer with over 30 years’ specialist experience in securities law, financial product regulation, restructuring and insolvency.
She has extensive experience advising clients across a variety of industries including financial services, property development, mining and resources, agriculture, tourism and transport.
Deborah assists clients by providing commercially practical advice in relation to project and infrastructure financing, property financing, construction and development, structured asset financings, financing of business acquisitions and debt restructurings/workouts. Deborah acts for both borrowers and lenders. She also has expertise in advisory and transactional roles for the government and public sector, including GOCs.
