Shane advises insolvency practitioners, corporate borrowers and directors, lending syndicates, secured/unsecured creditor groups, investment fund trustees, trading counterparties and lessors navigating informal workouts, formal appointments and cross-border insolvencies.

Shane has significant experience in managing large-scale asset recovery proceedings resulting from corporate collapses, including Part 5.7B claims and D&O / audit claims. This stems from Shane’s broad general commercial litigation background, including civil/commercial fraud and investigations work, gained from both in-house roles and private practice in the UK and Australia.
