Ryan is a Special Counsel in our Competition team. He has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, litigation, investigations and foreign direct investment.
Ryan regularly advises technology companies and financial sponsors and has experience advising on competition and consumer matters in respect of online intermediation services, gaming, generative AI and the cloud sectors. Ryan also has extensive experience advising on regulatory matters, including digital platform regulation and access matters.
