Michele is a leading competition and consumer law specialist. Her areas of antitrust expertise include complex merger reviews, consumer protection enforcement investigations and litigation and advice in relation to misuse of market power, exclusive dealing and access regulation.
Michele has specialist expertise in transportation, aviation and infrastructure work, having been a strategic adviser to Qantas for many years on key competition matters that include landmark cases.
She also spent over 2 years as Qantas’ Head of Legal (Competition & Consumer), where she dealt with a wide range of complex competition, regulatory and consumer matters.
