Luci is an employment lawyer specialising in all areas of employment, industrial relations, and safety. She has particular experience in workplace change projects including restructuring, outsourcing, downsizing, and regularly advises clients on navigating the complexities of the Australian industrial relations landscape including enterprise bargaining.
She advises clients in all areas of employment law, industrial disputes, enterprise bargaining, the application and interpretation of industrial instruments (including wage remediation processes), disciplinary and performance management matters (including termination of employment), discrimination and harassment complaints, executive employment and dismissal.
Luci regularly appears in the Fair Work Commission, State and Federal Courts, and State and Federal anti-discrimination tribunals.
