Luca is a senior commercial litigator and arbitration lawyer with deep experience in contractual disputes in the oil & gas, renewable energy, mining, and large infrastructure projects, including in relation to rail, hospitals, prisons and other publicly operated infrastructure.
Luca has run matters in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and Australia's State Courts including at the appellate level.
He has experience in the conduct of arbitrations and has advised clients in arbitrations conducted under major arbitral rules including the ICC, ACICA and Resolution Institute Rules. Luca also has experience advising clients appearing in Parliamentary Inquiries and Commissions of Inquiry.
