Justin has over 25 years’ experience assisting listed companies, substantial private entities and their boards with major corporate transactions and governance matters.

Justin regularly advises on M&A (both public and private), equity fundraising and board advisory and governance matters – with a clear focus on the overriding commercial objectives of his clients.  Being based in WA, Justin’s practice has a particular focus on the resources sector.

For nearly 20 years, Justin presented the directors’ duties module of the AICD’s Company Directors Course.  He is a member of the firm’s specialist Board Advisory & Governance practice group.

Acquisition of surface and underground drilling company DDH1 Limited (ASX:DDH1) by way of scheme of arrangement.

Macmahon Holdings (ASX:MAH)

Sale of its Australian oil and gas business to a consortium of private equity funds managed by Macquarie Capital and Brookfield Asset Management for US$2.1 billion to form Quadrant Energy.
