Julian is a taxation lawyer specialising in Federal taxes and advises multinational and large Australian businesses.
Julian advises listed, unlisted and multinational clients on a broad range of tax issues including domestic and cross border aspects of Australian income tax, Goods and Services Tax, transfer pricing, and employment related taxes including superannuation guarantee charge.
He also works with clients to assess and manage their tax risks, from seeking to taxation rulings through to reviews and audits with revenue authorities.
His clients have included major global manufacturing groups, global information technology groups and global minerals and resources groups, as well as numerous Australian listed and unlisted companies. Julian has extensive in-house corporate tax experience, having worked as part of the in-house tax teams for both an S&P/ASX 20 multinational resources company and a listed multinational FMCG company.
