Isabella has extensive experience acting for domestic and cross-border clients on private treaty M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, shareholder and employee incentive arrangements and complex commercial transactions, such as distribution, manufacturing and collaboration agreements. She also regularly advises on corporate law and governance and foreign investment matters.

Isabella has particular experience advising on transactions in the healthcare, life sciences, consumer goods (including apparel, FMCG and TGA regulated goods), software and technology and resources sectors.
