Chris has extensive expertise in commercial dispute resolution including contractual disputes, building and construction disputes, regulatory and construction disputes in the energy and resources sector, professional negligence claims, misleading and deceptive conduct issues, directors and professional liability claims, insurance coverage disputes, property and leasing, shareholder disputes, product liability, and insolvency recoveries. Chris has represented government clients in substantial litigation and mediations. He also has experience in advising in relation to Royal Commissions.
