He brings deep experience across financial regulation, consumer law and privacy matters and primarily assists clients on significant ACCC and ASIC proceedings, internal investigations and complex private capital disputes.
Having litigated large-scale proceedings in the Federal Court and every state's Supreme Court, and through engagements with a range of Federal regulators, Brendan is known for his clear judgement, strategic focus and commitment to efficiently achieving exceptional outcomes for clients.
Before joining JWS, he was a Senior Associate in the Disputes group of an international law firm.
