Andrew is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A deals, specialising in private equity, growth and venture capital, foreign investment and privately negotiated transactions across a variety of industry sectors.
He advises financial sponsors and their portfolio companies, large corporates, founders and family offices on M&A transactions and day-to-day matters throughout the investment lifecycle, including management incentive plans, corporate restructures and other general corporate matters. This work spans a number of industries, including technology and software, healthcare, financial services, FMCG, entertainment, fashion, aviation, transport and infrastructure.
Andrew also has deep expertise in all aspects of domestic and cross-border technology and software M&A transactions, assisting clients to navigate the differences in market practice across jurisdictions and matters unique to technology deals.
