Leading independent law firm Johnson Winter Slattery has advised early childcare management software provider Kangarootime on the sale of its Australian business to fellow industry participants Juice Technologies and Kidsoft, based in Queensland.
Kangarootime will remain a shareholder in the combined business. The sale provides an exciting opportunity to combine the technologies and grow the Kangarootime, Juice Technologies and Kidsoft businesses to provide high-quality services to the childcare software sector in Australian and New Zealand.
The transaction was led by JWS corporate Partner James Rozsa, with a core deal team including Senior Associate Rebecca Proudman and Associate Thulasie Venkat.
