Gordon Radford Consultant

Gordon is a general commercial lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in energy and resources law.

He has been involved in all aspects of the energy and resources industry including oil and gas exploration, farm-ins and farm-outs, joint operating agreements, royalty arrangements, wholesale and retail gas sales, cogeneration projects, power station development, pipeline construction, NGV projects, wind farm projects, electricity connection agreements, access arrangements for pipelines, solar power projects and acquisitions of shares and assets, including transmission pipelines.

Gordon has significant experience with natural gas distribution in Australia including access arrangements for natural gas distribution networks, gas haulage agreements, network development and infrastructure operating and management agreements.  He has been at the forefront of the developing hydrogen industry in Australia.

He has provided advice on all aspects of natural gas market regulation in Australia, including the National Gas Law, the Short Term Trading Market Rules and the National Energy Customer Framework.
