Andrew Turner Partner

Andrew is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience across a range of domestic and cross-border matters, in particular private equity and venture capital transactions, foreign investment and private treaty M&A, with a focus on technology and software transactions.

He has gained experience advising a number of financial sponsors and major corporates on a range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals. Andrew has also worked on management incentive plans and general corporate matters for private equity portfolio companies.

Andrew has also practiced in London at a leading City firm and spent time on secondment at a London-based private equity fund, where he advised on the divestment of businesses based in the United States, Brazil and Italy, as well as general corporate and funds management matters.
