Our pro bono gap year offers you a ‘year out’ to work exclusively on matters that will have a positive impact on the community.
As a pro bono graduate you will have the opportunity to
- work exclusively with our pro bono clients – grass roots legal centres, national strategic litigation and policy organisations and national charities
- be seconded to work onsite with clients
- have the flexibility to tailor your year to suit your interests – this includes two placements at community legal centres

2. Attend an interview:
The interview process is an opportunity to meet in person, discuss your application, and gain deeper insight into life at JWS. It provides a clearer understanding of what to expect during your Probono grad year.
