Graduate Program
At JWS, you will take on market-leading work in a down-to-earth environment.
In our graduate program, you will gain meaningful experience across three key practice areas. Our graduates are exposed to a variety of legal issues, clients, industries and foreign law firms and you will be encouraged to come up with legal and commercial solutions for our clients.
As a graduate, you will:
- Collaborate with leading lawyers nationwide on high-profile and complex legal matters.
- Gain practical experience across diverse practice areas and industry sectors.
- Gain mentoring support from partners and lawyers.
- Complete your fully funded Practical Legal Training (PLT) as part of the program.
- Enhance your skills through a structured professional development framework.
- Upskill in business development, project management, client communications, legal technology, leadership and cross-team collaboration.
- Support pro bono initiatives, providing vital legal assistance to those in need.
Our lawyers are given the work that reflects their ability and potential, not their job title. There are no barriers to your success with us.
