TMT regulatory specialist joins JWS

Leading independent law firm Johnson Winter & Slattery has enhanced its technology, media and telecommunications offering with the appointment of regulatory specialist Jennifer Dean. Jennifer joined the firm’s Sydney office on 31 January from Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Jennifer is a highly regarded competition and regulatory lawyer with a strong focus on the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. She advises clients on ACCC merger clearance processes, responses to ACCC inquiries and investigations, anti-competitive conduct issues, cartel matters, joint ventures, consumer law issues and regulated access to infrastructure and services.

Managing Partner Jeremy Davis says the firm is excited to have Jennifer on board.
