Johnson Winter & Slattery has welcomed leading corporate lawyer Amit Jois to its Brisbane team.

 

Amit is an Australian and US qualified M&A and corporate advisory specialist who joined the firm on 18 February from DLA Piper.

Amit has extensive experience in advising major companies and investors on significant and strategic public takeovers and schemes of arrangement, private acquisitions and disposals (including competitive sales processes), restructures, strategic alliances and joint ventures.

In addition, Amit has extensive industrials sector experience with particular focus on agribusiness, energy and fuels, transport and logistics and the food industry.
